Action Center icon delayed

Something is wrong with my action center icon, it takes like 10 minutes for it to appear in my taskbar! This is after a full reinstall of windows, I ~ censored ~ my computer really badly before this reinstall, which is one of the best choices I have ever made in my life. So what do I do? I have used a registry fix before, don’t think that did much good at all.

What is the ‘Action Centre’ icon set to if you select the little ‘^’ arrow at the bottom left, click ‘customize’ and look at the ‘behaviour’ drop down box.
Also, if you go to Start > Control Panel > Action Centre, on the left of the window select ‘Change Action Centre settings’, are all the boxes ticked?
What alert are you waiting for action centre to prompt you for?

I recommend turning off all Action Center things completely. It is useless and just annoying. I have also noticed how it sometimes pops up anyway after some time. Just turn off all the notifications inside it. No need for them.
