A boot problem

Well, i installed windows 8 first on hard disk 1, i used to boot to win 8 normally
Then i installed windows xp on hard disk 2,
Now i boot to win xp automatically, i don’t even see a dual boot screen
I want to use windows 8 once again
Any help?

for the xp partition

Well, the problem is as follows;
I first installed win8 on one hard disk, and then win xp on the other.
I can only boot to xp!!!!!!!!
Using some of the utilities on hiren’s boot cd to make the partition of win8 bootable was not successful at all

hiren’s boot cd is junk now that windows to go is here, Boot from the windows 8 installation media and use the tools on that this will involve killing the xp bootloader so youll have to go with native vhd boot afterwards.
