Boot problem

i downloaded one Windows XP SP3 and i start to instal. I got to screen when i must type serial and i tryed many , cant pass… i restarted PC to boot Windows XP SP2 CD and it automaticly pass to setup restore and it say that is not right CD and to put win SP3 CD… now i cant boot any CD, it automaticly go to continue instalation of SP3… how to format partition C without booting, or to fix that to boot SP2 CD? please help!

Well, you have to either complete the installation of XP SP3 or install the XP SP2 again. If you want to format C you have to make your PC boot the CD or DVD player first in the BIOS, then press any button in the black screen when prompted. Then it’ll load a bunch of files and eventually it’ll ask if you want to repair the existent installation or if you want to install a brand new copy. choose to install Win instead of repairing it. Then you can format C by following the option on screen and then install a version of Windows you have a serial for.

thanx guys i made it… i found my XP SP2 is not bootable can you suggest me some clean win XP SP2 to download? i search thru forum and all XPs are moded… i need clean XP and with all languages (i downloaded one wich dont have any keyboard language exept english )
