just heard a bad news Can we play need for speed the run on windows xp,and play with directx 9? is that true we can’t play this game on window xp ?
even if i hav nvidia 8400 gs 512
4 gb of DDR ram
intel core 2 dou
e 4600 @2.4ghz

Not sure – but time to upgrade your windows.
Wait for 2-3 days when crack should be out, then you will see.

I really doubt that you’ll able to play it….even with Vista or Win 7 you’ll have a problem.

Operating System is NOT the only requirement. Even on the hardware level you DON’T measure up!
Consider a complete upgrade on both Hardware/Software level!

You hardware will push the game on lower resolutions. Just upgrade to windows 7.
