Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed on Windows 8 x64? [SOLVED]

I can’t install game. Setup.exe not working. I have Need_for_Speed_5_Porsche_Unleashed-FLT.
EDIT:
Game works great in Windows XP in VMware Workstation. Only RIP version works in Windows 8.

Where did you download the game from and what do you mean by ‘not working’?
Does the executable load at all? Do you get any error messages?
