laptop wont turn on for about 10 minutes

hi, for the last few weeks, when i turn my laptop off, it wont turn on for around 10 minutes, and after that it turns on and works fine, so im wondering if any of you know what the problem could be?
oh, and its an acer if that helps.

It could be a lot of problems. It could be a power supply issue, a processor problem or even an overheating issue. If it’s still under warranty then take it to the shop and let them take a look at it. Good luck mate^^

do you mean it won’t start or it gets stuck on the welcome screen?
