Nokia E63 not booting at all

Hello I am trying to make my phone work and am starting to think it maybe a hardware problem as I have tried hard resetting my E63 and I can’t get it to boot at all, before I did the hard reset (* + green phone + 3) the middle light was flashing every ten seconds and now the light just stays on. As for the display itself it comes up nothing, if I can’t find any answers here, will send to Nokia (but need instructions on how to do so).

Try removing your battery and resetting it again, was the phone working properly before? has it fallen down? maybe its just the screen which has issues, try connecting it to the PC, if it detects the phone than use PC suite to restore its software, might help, otherwise the screen might have been damaged that’s why you cant see anything, worse comes to worse just go to nokia care center and they should help you out

Oh sorry a blank screen will come up sorry (like before the nokia handshake) but it wont boot at all…. even after recharging removing battery etc.,

Hm mm, that is really strange, i use an e63 and hasn’t given me any issues, i recommend looking for help in a forum dealing with mobiles, eg www.dotsis.com, its all dedicated to symbian phones, try asking there, you’ll have better luck there than here, lol
