Windows 7 No Software Programs Loading

January 29th, 2020

I have noticed that after I leave my Windows 7 Ultimate Laptop on for a day or two, none of my software programs would load. Internet Explorer is the only one that works but the toolbars are missing. All my anti-viruses, snipping tool, sticky notes, Microsoft Office, everything.
Everything works again after I do a restart, but the problem has been more common lately. Does anyone have a fix on this issue or have experienced it?
Thanks in advance.
(I couldn’t do any screenshots because not even snipping tool would work)

In addition, task manager wouldn’t even load.
2GB RAM, more than enough for all my programs to use; there’s spare RAM too.
I use Core Temp and my temps are fine…it’s a laptop btw.
