Internet Adv Options – Help?

When I go to websites they all load everytime I go to them. Which means every time I go to the website im downloading it. This goes towards my internet usage – Is there anyway to stop this?
I asked my friends and they said to change the “Cache”.
Is there any other way?

Um change it? They might mean clear it but what browser are you using?

Browsers… Eg. Firefox has Options/Content to block pop ups, images, java etc it you want to..
Also because of cache the pages don’t reload when you scroll back and forth between them unless you ‘Refresh’..
Apart from that, why bother going to a website if you don’t want it to load

I just want my internet to be faster.. And im on firefox…
Also i got lots of hard disk space around 1000GB
