for pacsteam ERROR

i get an error Platform error: bad module ‘bin/friendsUI.dll’, not loading can sumone help me?

oh…sry didn’t know wich one to put it in but ive re-installed many times and it still keeps saying it

Ok what you need to do is keep your SteamApps folder and delete everything else in the steam folder and reinstall Steam straight after you have used Add/Remove programs to remove it, make sure you cut and paste the SteamApps folder into different location for the uninstall part, then reinstall steam, and when you get to the end of the installation, dont click ok to finish. Now cut and paste the SteamApps folder back into the Steam folder and then click ok to finish, steam will then redownload everything for the program to run, and wow it works again, you will need to relogon to Steam, but it finally works.
