PacSteam Help

I’d like to ask a few question to the PacSteam users out there.
1. If Steam find your account using PacSteam do they: – Ban your account
– Block your IP from using Steam
– Take legalaction against you
2. Can you play the games online?
3. Do you need a serial to activate the games you download with steam?
If not does PacSteam auto-activate them or do we need to do something?

1 they ban and remove your account they dont ban your ip
they might take legal action against you
2 only on cracker VAC servers
3 no you dont need a serial to activate them pacsteam removes the activation stuff
