Adobe Bridge CC – ERROR: Media DB Error : 12

I currently have Photoshop CC installed and I am trying to install bridge CC. As soon as i start the install i get this error message.
ERROR: Media DB Error : 12
I have tried installing several times and i also used ccleaner but it does not help.
If anyone can advise me what to do to solve this i would be very grateful
