Nintendo DSi XL error error has occurred….[solved]

I would need advice about error message on my Nintendo DSi XL. As a matter began to issue an error: “An error has occurred. Press and hold the power button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting”
I tried to upgrade firmware on the card, I downloaded version 1.76b English from:
http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp extracted on the MicroSD card (picture down below), inserted into DSi XL. But Im still getting the same error. Help me please, what Im doing wrong, where we make mistakes…?

The card won’t work on a dsi with a firmware higher than 1.4.4 you have said you are on 1.4.5 you should have gotten this onehttp://r4town.com/products/R4i-3DS-Gold-Box.html

on the DSi is firmware version 1.4.5E and I tried upgrade firmware on the card from official site of the card and it don’t worked… …and there is no chance to downgra!de the firmware on the DSi? so this card won’t work from now, I must buy another card?

You are right there is no way to downgrade so the card won’t work get the one i left the link for or a supercard dstwo
