how to load subtitles on RMVB film

downloaded Madagascar 2 film with RMVB
the real player dont load subs , the media player classic load it but cant hear any sound on the film , dont know what to do

why dont u try converting it to .avi and solve the problem.?

Dont need to convert.
Get GOM Player.
Then make sure the subtitle is in the same directory and the same name as the rmvb file.
