x264 to rmvb

Xilisoft converter dose work but only dose rm and some video witch will play on my device but i want rmvb any app that will 100% work that are under 10mb (im on 128k dial up ) could you give me a link any link but not hf thanks for your time

Tried looking around but cant find any other program which can convert x264 video to rmvb, all the other topics convert rmvb to avi and other formats, so does the opposite, lol and most of the converters don’t covert x264 video to rmvb, why not just download vlc player, it plays all kinds of formats so you don’t have to worry abut converting anything
