RMVB converting

Now I want to convert it to a format viewable on the 360 (so mp4, wmv or XviD)
i tried loads of converters but none worked, they all crashed has anyone got a converter which will do the job?
What I do is, convert RM to AVi then convert the avi to watever format Herz wat I use–

Just use SUPER and providing you install the Real Alternative for the necessary codecs it will do it.

When i used SUPER to convert RMVB to AVi it crashed multiple times =/

I’ve tried SUPER before, it never worked for me.
