for quite some time now, i’ve had this problem. it’s about this: every time i install an application the problem is the same – there is no program icon showing, just the default shortcut icon. neither on the .exe file or it’s shortcut. as for shortcut, i can add an icon to it, by right clicking properties and choosing change icon, then selecting the wanted icon and clicking OK. sometimes i have to repeat that action twice to get the icon on shortcut. but for the .exe i can’t change anything. dunno how that happened, it just did some time ago. i hope you get what issues i’m having. in case you don’t get me, i’ll post some screenshots once i get to my computer at home and you’ll know what this is about. what should i do to get the program icons back?

Are they [CRACKED] versions? If so that is the reason why.
