Slow speed uploading FTP

I have slow speeds uploading with FTP program Flash FXP. I want to upload to Depositfiles and Shragle. It must be something in the configuration. I have passive mode enabled so thats not it! When i upload via website i get high speed so thats good. I have granted access with my firewall. Still i get slow speed. I have used Cute FTP Pro also getting slow speed. All began after the raid on filehosters recently before i had no problem. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled then the problem began.
I dont no how to configure. Please help my out

No Filezilla has the same problem, I already contacted Depositfiles and they say the servers are overloaded and I should US servers, I willl try that later

It must have been a program my son had installed. I removed some programs and now I have full speed again.
