Laptop Problem

Help please my friend have a laftop and hi’s having problem with it when he try to open it will boot directly to the bios what problem is this can someone help

Do you get any error at all?
Possibly the bios got reset for what ever reason..Once in the bios..Load the bios default….Save and exit…that probably might fix it..

i tried that also but it did’t work every time i load the default the exit and save will automatically pop up

when it goes into the bios is the time & date still correct ?
you may need to replace the mobo battery
