Allright I want my playlist like this in categories

But my playlist is foocked up like this
http://www.youtube.com/KayaneSF#g/u (I just take this as a example)
I already created playlist but the categories does not show up. Only the videos. I want playlist categories like this! http://www.youtube.com/user/crosscountertv#g/p
I already created playlist but WTF! Must I have partner programs or something???
