How do you make an m3u playlist?

Hey guys,
i use tversity to stream music and movies to my xbox but i want to make a playlist of good music, the only problem is it only takes m3u as playlists i think so i don’t have a clue how to make them from itunes?
Any help?

From itunes? i don’t know but with Winamp its simple (im assuming it could be the same with itunes)
Just add a bunch of tracks then find the option to save it as a playlist (m3u)
