XBOX Slim 250GB modded with LT 2.0

I have an XBOX Slim 250GB modded with LT 2.0.. any good tutorials on how I can flash it to LT 3.0 that just came out, and if it is necessary that I should..?

Games to come (like FF XIII -2) will require LT 3.0. You do the math.

Hm Alrighty, my XBOX came pre modded with LT 2.0, I am newby to this flashing, first time, so I need a good tutorial on how to flash it to LT 3.0. I have a LiteOn DVD Drive.
