Im not 100% sure but I dont think it does. It’s an MMO so you need to be connected to a server through a WAN or LAN.
You can find free servers online that where you can play. Someone else might be able to suggest some good ones.

world of warcraft is an MMORPG, Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game. it costs $20 in australia per month dont know what the US prce is, but no you cant play it ofline its wicked fun though

Definatly, took me a month and 110 hours to get to the point where I felt like i’d done everything in Oblivion:Elder scrolls.
I highly reccoment it as a 1 player RPG
