Windows XP Suggestion?

January 26th, 2020

I know you guys will find my question annoying, but I’m a college student and a competitive gamer, as you understand I do not have the time nor the knowledge to understand what i need.
I’m an owner of a Genuine WinXP SP2 32bit (OEM I think).
I need you to direct me to a topic that has a WinXP SP3 32bit that isn’t modified or has any kind of changes. I ask you of this for the reason as I stated above and because I noticed that there are various of versions available in a great number of topics (Not All Languages, Extra Programs, Lite, Extra Modifications etc.)
I contacted Microsoft and they were unable to assist my request, that is to give me an XP SP3 Fresh Copy CD. They said that this can’t be done and that my CD-Key won’t be compatible, so i should fresh install and update.
I find XP very annoying and after many formats and many tries, it seems a Service Pack should be installed with the CD not even along with a Fresh Install.
I don’t really know if I should get a pre-cracked edition or if I should try my CD-Key, I expect you to tell me who are the experts.
Thanks again, I honestly believe this is one of the greatest sites on the web, everything I have downloaded has been more than satisfying. Thank you for your support.

Before you do fresh install and get rid of you thing. Make sure you get the OEM key out of it and write it down. http://www.download.com/Windows-Product-Key-Viewer/3000-2094_4-10627865.html?tag=mncol&cdlPid=10627866
What version of Windows is this? Home edition? Then you need to find an Home edition OEM rip. If you find working one let me know cuz i tried like 4 from here WBB and didnt work.

I got the CD-Key, no worries. It’s professional edition and OEM (I think.)
I don’t care if i get genuine or cracked as long as i got updates and no problems.
I just want a proper installation, that’s all.

M$ talks crap. But you can just make your own using the CD you have. Download NLITE and install it. Then copy the contents of your XP CD to your hard disk. Then download the SP3 pack. Then use NLITE to integrate the service pack into the XP folder, and choose to create a new ISO for burning. Then you have your own XP SP3 install CD made from the original one you have.

The link given above might not work with your key…As it doesn’t say anything about being OEM…I just says Windows XP Pro SP3 October 2008 Genuine..
To be sure it will work search for: Microsoft.Windows.XP.Professional.OEM.SP3.Integrated-ETH0
