windows 8 auto updating problem

I turn off both windows 8 automatic update and the store auto update. but something is still updating. i can assure that it’s not the virus guard. so it must be windows 8 OS. can you help me to stop this.

I think you can disable the update in services ,this turns it off completely.

Is your question really more like “something on my computer is using a great deal of bandwidth and I think it might be the Windows 8 update?”, or do you really know that it is the Windows update. Perhaps a clarification would help get a more direct solution for you.
