Windows 7 Error

When I installed it it made a windows.old folder.
I deleted everything in here except for an empty folder. When i try to delete it it says that it cant find this anymore.
(By the far the most idiotic thing ever)
But yea how do I delete it

Also WHY does it takeSOOOOOO long to delete something?
I mean in XP it was like you click and its gone. Here it sits there for minutes telling you deleting 234 files of like 54234 files or something. WTF

re-boot and see if it’s gone
