Windows 7 all in one (Toshiba satellite a300)

Just downloaded Win 7, when i try and install win7 64 bit it asks for the drivers on usb.
but i have a win 7 32 on my desktop and wasn’t asked this on installation.
!) what drivers do i need??
2) do i need windows 7 oem??
any help received with thanks

Have you installed your chipset drivers for your motherboard?

at what point during install do you get the “request”

is this a custom built disc
there may be something on you lappy that’s confusing the disc
try a standalone win7 disc
or do you have a card reader or fingerprint reader on the lappy
if so try disabling it in the BIOS till you install 7 then re-enable and find the driver

i have tried a standalone disc and this works but is 32bit very confusing!! it asked for the drivers at the point of installation ie were to install windows!! the thing is i dont know what drivers i need?? thanks for the qiick responses

32 bit & 64 bit use diff drivers

dl driver solution from my sig. it will have everything you need for drivers.

cherz but i cant use this because , i need to install the os 1st! it says needs the cd/dvd driver i cant find it!!!! Toshiba a300 1hv! any ideas?

get a standalone retail (better driver support) Win7 64 bit iso and try it

Just set the SATA controller mode to IDE or disable RAID/AHCI (from BIOS) and you should be good to go.
