Windowblinds theme without Windowblinds?

Is this possible? I have a theme I really like, but cannot get any versino of Windowblinds to work in Vista.

have to have it installed for it to work. period.
gotta find a working vista version before you can load the theme

ive got it installed, but every theme applied just turns it back to windows classic…

try to change your desktop theme on windows classic first… then open windowblinds and apply your themes you want…
