Why my Fifa 10 lag ?

Ok i want to ask you why my fifa 10 lag ?
I’m running it all on high 1920×1080…
my pc:
AMD x3 8450
Nvidia 9800 GT
4GB Ram
Gigabyte GA-M57
What can be source of problem, what should i change and what you recommand ?

its set on all high?that would be the problem most pcs cannot handle that much rendering at once.lower the settings and it should be fine
Yeah mate, but it’s not big lag, just when punching ball away from goal What is bad on my pc to change and which one to buy ? Maybe processor ? it’s support am2+ socket
