Why is this video streaming so slow?

I’ve been working on the server all day and I only I think it’s just people in US that are experiencing slow issues since the server is not US based. Can someone tell me if the buffering time (from the moment you click the video) and what your experience is with the stream is? Ideally, I want you guys (every user) to have a continuous, uninterrupted stream experience. Of course, the file that is uploaded is not native HD quality, so i can’t test the quality, but I want to know if you guys have any buffering/pauses when watching it? Also, can someone let me know what’s the main concerns with stream 1080P? My hardware on the server is okay and I believe it can handle the encoding process, but I’m afraid the proximity is too far for me in the US, so I can’t test to see if people in Europe are experiencing a continuous, uninterrupted stream experience. Do you guys mind uploading a video in 1080p and letting me know in your areas? Been working on this for awhile now trying to get it right, scratching my head. Let me know of your experience, good and the bad. Preferably, bad, as I don’t learn much from good.
Thank you everyone.
Video Specs:
Video info:ffh264, 1581 kbps, 893×500, 23.976 fps
Audio info:faad , 320 kbps , 48000 Hz
Edit:
I’m Downloading, “Non Stop 2014 BluRay 1080p DTS x264-CHD” now. Will post the link to see how 1080P Goes!
I would like to give a coupon for free premium, but I don’t want to advertise. I don’t know where else to get feedback and improvement on my website without “advertising” it. Not trying to show off, just trying to make the best service possible. I’m also in the works of streaming .AAC and .FLAC. Currently .Mp3 is working fine and since it’s just a small file, no need to be worried about feedback and a continuous, uninterrupted stream issue. .AAC and .FLAC on the otherhand, is a different issue, but lets start with the video streaming first.
Edit 2:
Also, planning on implementing subtitles into our videos in the future. I’m pretty excited for this.

Video loads fine for me could be your connection is slow or the host and a good amount of users using at the time you were try to play the video

Mind sharing where you’re from? It helps me get a better idea of where the video works best, if you know what I mean.

Okay nice, what do you think about everything? What are some things you don’t like about the site and the service? I’m currently in the process of uploading the 1080p file, don’t know how long you’ll be looking at this thread, but it’ll probably take an hour and I would like your feedback, thanks.

Buffering is mostly down to their side i’d say, not always of course. I don’t know how much bandwidth you need to provide users for a good experience. But in my case for instance, i can’t even watch youtube without plenty of buffering, and no offence intended, but i’m sure you’re not even close to offering bandwidth they’re providing. So if it’s just you having problems i’d say it’s your own connection. If it’s your users, i’d say it’s theirs.

No offense taken, I wish I had that problem. To me, it would tell me I’m doing something right. From what you saw from that link I shared, what do you not like about it? And what do you think should be added/included to the functionality of the website? (Uploading the 1080P video now, should be ready to share in a couple of hours, starting from now. It’s 10GB, so bear with me on this experiment.)

I’m not on computer atm, i’m on my phone so i didn’t try your link. Since my net isn’t good enough to stream, i always just download files. But is there really a lot of quality differences between 1080 and 720 when it comes to streaming? My opinion would be to just stick with 720 quality, smaller files for you to store and i’m sure they’d be good enough to watch.

Maybe, I’ll stick to 1080P for now and if their is any issues on my side, then I’ll lower it to 720P. Still experimenting with my users and my servers limitations.
