I want to know the tips like where to put pressure and all.
I just want to loose weight by burning as many calories as possible.
Plz help, thanks in advance.
Try Google…..dumb-bells exercise
It really depends what you want to build.
i like definition in shoulders without huge biceps (but with strength there). I also like firm arms – bully boys look at your forearms and think “damn.. that’s some thick muscles there” and walk away.
I also do a lot of sword practice (not rapier, broadsword and basstard sword (DON’T bloody censor it, it’s the PROPER name!!) , battle axe) and want stronger forearms.
So.. what i do is simple – 30kg dumbbells, normal dumbbell lifts, forearm straight and curl up to the shoulder.. but – starting from your hip, you pull up and twist your wrist at the same time.
So the ‘bell starts off “I” at your side and end up |–| at your shoulder (twisting from closed palm facing hip to closed palm facing shoulder).
Do ten, (i only use one ‘bell at a time, 60kg is a lot to carry while doing these lifts), swap hands, do ten.
Repeat until a LITTLE burn sets in and stop – too much burn = muscles damage.
Forget “no pain, no gain”, it’s bullshiit!

One of the best tips I can give you, is to go slower on the negative. Explode the weight in positive. If you want any advice, feel free to pm me, as its what i do for work. I’ve also done a few amateur competitions.
The best advice i can give is that you dont have to use really heavy weights, its all about the time your muscles are under tension/pressure, slow movements of a light weight. A light weight is good as it’s easier to have better form.
