What do I do when there are a ton of links for one file?
January 27th, 2020
SO how do I go about this? I have the first of 13 links downloaded and opened in winrar, now do I have to download and open the other 12 before I can run anything??
thanks helpdesk
you need to have all of them. No way to solve this – buy Rapidshare.
I can do this without buying rapidshare though correct? like I said just by resetting the modem before I download the next part.
Yes you can get new ip when you reset modem if you have a dynamic ip but it’s easier if you have a premium rs account. You have to download all 13 parts and unrar .part1 to get the full file
okay do I just keep all the windows open until I have opened all 13 links?
and the reason I’m not getting premium is I’m REALLY low on cash right now. like MAJORLY.

You dont need to open all windows, when you goth all parts extract part 1 and the rest will follow automatically.
And why downloading crysis from rapidshare if there faster links around ?
like here http://www.google.com?t=865216&highlight=
sorry it was there not rapidshare.
WHen I try to extract the first one it says “please insert a disk with part2”
I dont have that downloaded yet though….. I actually opened part 1 instead of downloading it…. if I close it will I not be able to open it again?
sorry for my utter noobishness…..
bump? sorry about that :/
you probably did download part 1 look in the download folder
Look do this. There are 13 parts right? U will need to download each of them. put them in a folder and for eg. the file is called crysis.part1.rar crysis.part2.rar..crysis.part13.rar.
Right click on the crysis.part1.rar and select extract files here. and VOILA! =] you got your file extracted/
If you experience any more probs, pm me ill help you.

Well when the option came up to “save to..” or “open” I opened the first two. So they were in my temp folder. I just chose not to risk it and downloaded all the other ones (took the better part of today). I’m probably gonna have another question in a second I’m about to extract.
