Website Template help

Hello Folks,
I need your help regarding a website template.
What I am looking for is a template in which if on clicking a button or a menu control, an internal webpage pops out and leaves the main page dimly visible, giving a transparent effect. If i click a close button on the above page, the main below page should come back into focus.
I would really appreciate if someone can point me in some direction as to what i need to search in google i mean keyword-wise.

It uses JQuery, an AJAX sort of thing

I suppose they use the “Fading” effect…

Thanks for the link just had a quick look at it, great info there. It will be great if you can point me to any template, even a commercial one. If you look at the site i quoted above after clicking the ‘Start now free’ button, you will see an editor sort of page. there if you click any of the menu tabs for example ‘Menu Structure’ you will see a new form coming up. I am looking for this effect in a template.
Any google-ing ideas will be great.
