Webcam Trouble

Can anyone tell me why is this? I ave installed whats called AMCAP or somet? But I cant seem to get it working to take pics.
Have you installed the program that came with the Webcam, it is required for it to take snapshots. Also, how about the newest drivers for the webcam, do you have them installed? God luck mate ^_^
