that would be considered spamming, if your dedicated enough why need software to post for you?

A post maker, yes i belivie its the submit button that does that.

I could prepare post without entering the website ? i could prepare more posts without hassle ? hmm it would make making posts a lot easier for beginners ?

do you believe that this forum is not spammed ? type in ur search post maker and check how many posts it will give u with the same topic and the same content inside. i would say post maker wouldnt perhaps allow user to post the same content if its already existing here ? forum ?
