Vista Question.

Its great and all, But i love the aero theme..
When you minimize and maximize it sort of fades in and out..
Vista users will know what im talking about.
Im not meaning to sound like a noob but does anyone know how i can get this back because it didnt come with this speedy vista buisness..

Speedy Vista is ripped off vista.. there are several features removed in this version to make it faster..
