Virusses –where did the NOD32 delete/block button go o.0?

WHY god why does the most site just let you download a programm
unwanted, then my NOD32 detect it , and sometimes i cant
press Delete, and it opens 15 windows and i realy hate it.
does this means the virus IS in my pc or not?

Maybee it is, Nod32 is rubbish, Get kaspersky do a full scan you will be able to delete them if you have a virus / trojan
