Video format for nokia with reso 240×320

hey guys need help here.
whats the best video quality but only got a small video format for nokia phone.
hope someone can help.

if it supports MP4 that’s the best!if not 3gp!

I have a 5300 and have that same problem. Mpeg files do not work on those nokias. Only 3gp works and still when I convert The resolution does not fit. Try google for a resolution changer so that you can fit it to the size you need, then find a video converter that will convert to 3gp. Search for “Magic Video Converter”. Thats the one I use and it works really well.

Xilisoft Video Converter seems to convert videos just fine as well
