verify the file exist and that you can access it ! plz hel

plz help!!! ive downloaded a street fighter iv iso !!so when i install the setup it says !!error = verify the file exist that you can access it!!!

after you’ve mounted it or whatever go find the setup file and then right click and run as administrator
