Updating iPhone 3G to 3.0

Hi there,
if i update my iPhone 3G 16gb (currently 2.2.1) to the new 3.0 version, would all my cracked apps and games still work on the new 3.0 jailbroken version, if i use redsn0w to do so??

(my iphone is currently jailbroken with quickpwn and i really dont want to lose all my cracked apps and stuff!!)

as for the general question, yes _most_ cracked apps work just fine with 3.0 (i cant get wifitrack to work for some reason, thats the only problem ive had)
update to 3.0 through itunes, (with an iphone 3G READ THE WARNINGS ON THE DEV TEAM SITE IF YOU NEED TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE) then sync (makes a backup) and run redsn0w
once youve got 3.0, go into cydia and install ‘app sync for 3.0’ from the hackulo.us repo
