Undoing XP setup

February 7th, 2020

So I wanted to install XP black edition and I messed it up, and can’t finish installation. But now every time I turn on my computer, it bores me with this setup, I have to click the normal XP choice twice. How do I remove the XP install choice when I turn on my comp?

You will have to remove the Windows XP partition. When the setup commences, press ‘R’ for Repair and wait until the Recovery Console is apparent. Then, delete the entire partition, leaving NOTHING, leaving nothing will guarantee you doing leave anything from previous setup.
I recommend you install a proper, official and genuine copy of XP. All these custom OS’es don’t do any good for your system and are merely just a theme and nothing else.
Whats the point in downloading 1.3GB’s worth of Operating System when 10Kb is the theme you want, and the rest is XP?

I had an image, I mounted it and press install on a new partition, and I forgot i needed to burn the image, it asks me for a CD in setup, which I don’t have
