trying to setup win xp in virtual box but lacking setup cd!

so i decided i want to install win xp on my virtual box prgm, but i dont know what i need or how to get it/them!
i know i need the windows xp setup cd(i actually only need an iso file) but dont know where to get one!(i also dont have a torrent prgm since i dont know how to use it). my friend told me i also need some type of boot up floppy but i dont know what that is! basically i have a virtual machine with a 50 gb virtual hard drive but nothing else! any help would be appreciated, Rock

i install a virtual xp on my old mac laptop
all u need is a cd and a virtual booting program *dont know wat os u got
but the one i used for mac was virtualpc
put the cd in and install it like normal
download the iso from wbb
search up virtual computer or summen in google if u using windows

In Microsoft Virtual PC there is an option to mount an .iso, then you restart the virtual PC and it will boot from it.
