trojan

i got trojan warnings the mcafee said they were gone. then the next day i tried to start up my laptop and it opened this program saying, ” start windows normally or in safe mode?” but they are both unclickable. the program is called think point i think. what should i do? is there something i could put on a usb and plug it in to fix it?
any help would be helpful thanks.

Download malware bytes free version. Start computer in safe mode then do full Scan in malware bytes

Try and get your computer to start off in safe mode, By turning it on and continually pressing the F8 button.
Once you’re in safe mode, turn off sysytem restore, then scan your comp with whatever anti spyware programmes you have. Turn it back on normally, scan again and hopefully it will be ok.
