Trainer – trojan?

August 6th, 2016

I wanted to download a trainer, but NOD stopped me, it said it was a trojan (keylogger). I tried to download it frome another website, but again, it was a trojan. I read on some site that antivirus may pick up a trainer to be a trojan keylogger, even if it isn’t. Is that true?
Answer #1
that is true.
anti virus programs may identify certain aspects of code or behaviour in a keygen or patch and treat it as a malicious piece of software/code.
there of course some people who do put malicious code in keygens, thats a risk you have to take, but if as you say you have tested several keygens, it is probably just a case of false positive.
it is up to you whether you want to take the risk of running that app – if you want to, disable your av and run it.
unless anyone else here has something to help you get this program..
