Trimming videos

does anyone one know a way to trim videos eg.cut the credits of a movie without without re-encoding it?

I use boilsoft video splitter.

When I want to get rid of credits that appear at the beginning or end of the movie, I just load the video into Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate, click on ‘clip video’ and set the mark-in (start) and mark-out (finish) points.
