Import into an editing programme,
Usually if you have Windows it’s Windows Movie Maker, and there’s a tool to cut it in the place you want.
(click on the section then right click to click Cut)

If you have a Mac, you have Mac studio, do the same that you did in windowsMM but highlight.

or
Pinnacle studio
both of them good programs for beginner and for professionals.

I have windows movie maker but the video i want to cut is big its over 170MB and FLV and i cant put the video on my movie maker so that programs can help me with this :S ?

umm, It shouldn’t of been a problem
But yes those programmes should help if not, Google ‘Youtube Downloader’ and use the File converter on there so you can convert to Wmp or Avi.

Try some AVI/MKV/MP4/WMV video splitter…
Tools of this type can split videos without converting

Thank you all i have solved my problem i have renamed the file from FLV to AVI and cut it on Windows Movie Maker Sorry for Bothering lol
