TomTom for symbian (W950i) help

I need help with this topic, no one seems to reply:

i have a SE W950i and wanna use a GPS on it, well TomTom does the job. Except i can’t seem to find the install.bin file from the instructions.
Disconnect the phone and access the install.bin on the root of your memorycard!
this is wat i asked so i’ll just copy and paste:
i can't find the install.bin file anywhere in the folder, i checked every folder and can't find it, i'm running W950i and i downloaded the file properly and unzipped properly and i'm not a noob at this but i just can't find the file!!!
and also, where can i find maps for it? I found other TomTom topics including maps but they seem to be only for PCs but not smartphone/symbian.
Lastly, does this require GPRS rates? Like, do i have to pay to go online to use this or this is just an app that requires no internet data?

I’m an user of w950i, Nokia E61, Nokia N73 and N70, if somebody is asking about applications or uses, please ask me.
TOMTOM : It’s possible to install it, also i can help to find maps ( all in a legal way )
Google aps : All kinda google apps available on google also, inside a zip to install them.
Some another funny stuff about it, also configuration of these mobile phones, sometimes, like in UK or SPain, using Vodafone or Orange is not working downloading the right settings for MMS or WAP, so.. if somebody needs some help about these mobiles, please ask me… it took a long time for me to do it and finally somebody help me so right now it’s my turn Very Happy

It is WASIME900, but UIQ, Just diferent platform like NOKIA or MOTOROLA symbian type.
