Anyone have first hand experience with Symbian S60?

August 3rd, 2016

So the lack of a tactile keyboard has begun to get quite irritating for me, and despite the massive amount of apps that are available and the user functionality that the iPhone has, I’ve been thinking of getting something new for a few months now.
I used to have an HTC TyTN (AT&T 8525), and while Windows Mobile was decently usable, I didn’t like how bogged down it could get (similar to a regular Windows OS).
I’d like to stay away from Android if possible, given the amount of people that have Android phones now (vain, I know), so that leaves Symbian. Dell is offering the E75 brand new and unlocked right now for $200 until Saturday. I could sell my 8GB iPhone 3G (jailbroken, unlocked, 3.1.2) for around $325 on eBay, so not only would I make about $125 on the deal, I’d also end up with a brand new phone.
I’m looking for some first hand opinions from users of the Symbian S60 OS. How is the user friendliness? Is the app selection decent (obviously nothing could compare to Apple’s App Store, but is it passable?)? Any insight would be helpful.

Phone is good, has all options, symbian work great never slow down because arm processor is fast (but you have most of stuff to put on memory card because if you fill internal memory he will slow down),symbian os is very user friendly, have many applications, games i can help you where to find all stuffs for him. Surfing web will not be “great” experience (since you have iphone) but it’s good enough.
I had this phone when he came out, but he was stolen (i hope that junkie die from overdose)
