TI-Nspire error

Hey
When i start TI-Nspire i get error “C24”.
It tells me that the system clock is changed and that i have to reset it.
I tryed i but didnt work, also tryed to reinstall it.

You need to reset the system clock from the CMOS.
Search Google if you don’t know how to.

When I try to install the app in a new PC I get the error “another version of ti nspire is already running”…but I know for sure that it isn’t and never has (even tried it in a clean PC). TI’s homepage tells one that one needs to run the app as admin..and I am, in all places/PCs.
