sound card

my speakers don’t plug into the wall and the motherboard i have doesn’t make them very loud so if anyone could tell me a good sound card (good meaning it works and doesn’t sound like crap i don’t need a super great one) that’s low in price or tell me what to look for so i know it will be louder that would be nice
(my speakers are the polk audio ones)
or even tell me some speakers that have their own amplifier that are cheap that would be nice also i’m only looking to spend at most about $15 thanks for your help

You need better speakers with their own amplifier (like they all have these days)…Changing sound cards won’t make it louder …just get the biggest you can afford
